Distance Selling Agreement and Terms of Use
By placing an order in the online store BodyLightBalance.com, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms. After placing an order on BodyLightBalance.com, a distance selling agreement is concluded between you and BodyLightBalance.com.Definitions

2.1. The Buyer may place an order independently using the order form on the website. A detailed description of the process is provided in the “How to make a purchase” section. 2.2. When placing an order, the Buyer provides the following information: First name, last name, email address, phone number (optional, for delivery), address, postal code, city, country, product color (if applicable), product size (if applicable), payment method, request to receive a tracking number, a comment (e.g., discount coupon or body measurements for more accurate size selection), and confirmation of acceptance of the store’s terms. 2.3. After the order is successfully placed, an invoice for payment is sent to the Buyer’s email within one business day. 2.4. If the Buyer ordered more items than are available in the manufacturer’s stock, the Seller will notify the Buyer by email. The Buyer has the right to:- pay for and receive the quantity available in stock;
- cancel the missing items;
- or agree to the Seller’s proposal to postpone fulfillment until the required quantity becomes available.
Delivery
Delivery within Europe is carried out within 2–15 business days after the invoice is paid; worldwide delivery is 4–20 business days, provided the goods are in stock. Delivery time depends on the distributor of the goods. Details are provided in the “Delivery” section.Payment
4.1. The price of the goods is indicated on the website. If the price of the ordered goods is stated incorrectly, the Seller informs the Buyer and offers to cancel or confirm the order. If the Buyer cannot be contacted, the order is canceled and the paid amount is refunded in full. 4.2. An order is accepted for processing only after full payment has been received.Intellectual property
