1) Right of withdrawal within 14 days
If you are a consumer and you purchase goods remotely (online), you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days.
The 14-day period starts:
On the day you receive the goods (the date recorded by the delivery service provider as the handover date).
If you ordered multiple goods delivered separately — on the day you receive the last item.
If goods are delivered in parts — on the day you receive the last part or the last unit (the date recorded by the carrier as the handover date).
2) How to submit a withdrawal/return request
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days in one of the following ways:

Please include the following details in your request:
Order number.
Purchase date.
Delivery/receipt date.
Name of the product(s) and quantity.
Your full name (as stated in the order).

3) Returning the goods after notification
After you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back without undue delay.

4) Refunds
In the event of withdrawal, we refund the full price of the goods, provided the goods were not opened or damaged and were returned in proper condition.
Refund deadline: no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back to verify the condition and integrity of the returned goods.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless we agree with you on a different method.
5) Cost of return shipping
The buyer bears the cost of return shipping, unless we stated otherwise in advance or offered another option.
6) Condition of the goods and depreciation
You may unpack and inspect the goods (without opening the contents). If the returned goods are not in proper condition, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the goods or refuse the return.
Important: Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons cannot be returned if the packaging was unsealed after delivery.
